Leiros Parc Development Consultation

Following its meeting on Monday 17 August 2026, the Community Council resolved to object to the Planning Application submitted for residential development at Leiros Parc Bryncoch.  A copy of the Council’s Draft Minutes may be found on this website under “Meetings/Minutes”, and a copy of the full statement sent to Neath Port Talbot CBC may be found in “Documents/Public Notices”.  Anyone wishing to discuss the Council’s position further may contact the Clerk on [email protected] or by telephoning 01639 632436
